These tips may help you experience fewer \u201csenior moments\u201d as well as reduce your risk of serious memory problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cExercise\u201d Your Brain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The more you use your brain, the stronger your mental abilities may get.
