Here are a few of the ways cold plunges might help your health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effects on Metabolism<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cold plunges may <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s004210050065?noAccess=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">raise your metabolism<\/a>, helping your body burn calories at a faster rate.
