Q: Why did you begin to purchase your medications online from NorthWestPharmacy.com?
A: I was going more and more into debt because of medications I have no choice, but to take, ESPECIALLY one in particular that cost me about $2,000 per month in the US (SIDE NOTE: NorthWestPharmacy charges JUST under $500 that lasts me about 2 months). While I have tried the generic for the medication more than once, I unfortunately have to take the brand name of a prescription for medical reason. In 2 years alone, I spent over $50,000 on all of my medications. I felt like I was digging my own grave drowning in the debt that kept piling up. I have even saved money on generics that I used to get from the pharmacy and over-the-counter medications (i.e. Benadryl).
I felt like I was being punished by the insurance companies for having to take medication, and there were no discounts or manufacture coupons for the $2,000 per month medication because a generic was available even though it was medically necessary for me to take the brand name medication. My doctor even spent hours on the phone getting the medication approved to take, but, even though I have medication tier deduction benefits, the class level that the medication was in did not qualify for the tier deduction benefit!
Taking medication isn’t fun, I don’t do it because I want to, I do it because it allows me to stay healthy and live the best life I can, and the fact that I have been getting myself out of debt solely because of NorthWestPharmacy has given me so much hope and makes me feel like I am reclaiming my life back. I know that might sound over-the-top and people are always suspicious of reviews the glorify a product of service, (I definitely am suspicious of those kinds of reviews!), but a guaranteed deduction of at least $24,000 from one’s yearly income would affect anyone, and falling further and further into debt even when you make decent money is one of the worst feelings I have felt. Can you blame me for gushing when a massive burden has been lifted from my life?
Q: Approximately how much money do you save annually by purchasing your medication through NorthWestPharmacy.com?
A: I have saved at least $$22,000 across all the medications I have to buy.
Q: How confident are you with the quality of the products you receive from us?
A: I am 150% confident (now)! I was very skeptical at first, but I was going into so much debt it was worth trying, and my grandfather used NorthWestPharmacy for my grandmother’s diabetic and other medications, so I gave it a shot (mostly out of desperation to be honest). I could not be happier I made the decision and took a chance!!!
Q: What has been your experience with the service you have received from NorthWestPharmacy.com?
A: My experience with the service I have received has been great! Every time I have called, I get someone kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, someone that ACTUALLY wants to help me. It was the complete opposite of the many calls I had with my insurance company! Their hours of operation are also extremely convenient! They are open 7 days a week and are pretty much only closed when I am sleeping anyways. Cost of shipping is also inexpensive, especially considering the savings!
Q: What would you like to tell Americans who are still paying more by purchasing medications in the United States?
A: I think it’s normal (and healthy) to be warry if you hear about the amazing deals you can get without insurance getting medications from another country through NorthWestPharmacy (I know I was), but I also think ANYONE is INSANE not to try when it is actually REAL!!
Some medications are the same price as my pharmacy in the US with coupon codes, but I found that most of them were less, so it is worth looking up the medications you take on their website to at least see if NorthWestPharmacy can help. It takes a few weeks for the medication to arrive and they may or may not look different than what you are used to (some of mine looked the same and some had a different appearance, but that happens at the pharmacy here too), so make sure you order refills a month in advance to make sure you definitely get it before you run out of medication.
On the note of refills, your doctor can subscribe the medications with refills so you can go into your account and easily order a refill on their intuitive website, but you can also call them. You are also not limited to just ordering one refill at a time, but know that if it is over $500, it takes a little longer to process. If you need certain medications sooner, put them in different orders on different days and you will get the under $500 order sooner (NOTE: I learned that placing an order on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are kind of like the same day, so If you order it Friday, place the next order on Monday).
I tell everyone I know that takes medication and other doctors about NorthWestPharmacy because I feel it is wrong of me to not say something when NorthWestPharmacy could help someone else. PLEASE PLEASE give it a chance!
