What is Diprogenta Cream used for?
Diprogenta cream (generic name betamethasone dipropionate/gentamicin sulphate) is applied to your skin to treat infections that occur with other skin problems. It contains two medicines, betamethasone dipropionate, which is a very strong steroid, and gentamicin sulphate, which is an antibiotic. Steroids help with swelling, redness and itching. Antibiotics kill germs that cause infections. Diprogenta may help cure skin infections that occur during a flare up of other skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis.
What are the side effects of Diprogenta Cream?
Some of the side effects of Diprogenta Cream include:
Itchy, red, or blistered skin. This may be a sign of an allergic reaction to Diprogenta cream.
