Developing a productive cough
The most common Spiriva Respimat side effects in adults with COPD are cough, dry mouth, sinus infection, and sore throat.
The most common Spiriva Respimat side effects in adults with asthma are sore throat, headache, developing a productive cough, and sinus infection.
Spiriva Respimat may also make it difficult or painful to pee, especially for those with bladder or prostate problems.
If you have glaucoma, Spiriva Respimat may worsen glaucoma or cause eye problems such as blurred vision. Contact your doctor immediately if you have any trouble with vision after using Spiriva Respimat.
Stop using Spiriva Respimat immediately if you notice a sudden or severe shortness of breath, chest tightness, coughing and wheezing immediately after taking a puff of Spiriva.
Some people may experience a severe allergic reaction to Spiriva Respimat. Stop using Spiriva Respimat and call your doctor immediately if you notice any swelling of your face, tongue, or lips, or if you develop a new itchy rash, or have sudden trouble breathing.
